UPDATE-CORONAVIRUS: In the event on cancellations due to the coronavirus we will attempt to re-schedule events and programmes where possible. Unfortunately, in these exceptional circumstances, we will be unable to refund customers should we be unable to re-schedule the event or programme or if they are unable to attend the rescheduled event or programme.
General Refunds Policy for Online Registration
1. Refunds will be made to customers where the cancellation is made by Mad Science for reasons of viability or where we are unable to deliver planned services for internal, operational reasons.
2. Once a programme ( Camp or After School Programme) has commenced, refunds are not provided for missed sessions.
3. We are unable to refund for after school programme fees where cancellations made by host schools due to their closure or for reasons beyond our control.
4. Due to the nature of our After School Clubs and Camp days, all students will be expected to behave in an appropriate manner and adhere to the rules of the school and of Mad Science. Any child who consistently does not behave will be asked to leave the After School Club or Camp and will not be entitled to a refund.
